Most of the experts have stated that there is a need of proper preparation before an interview. There can be several types of preparation (Brinkmann 2014). For instances, I will research about the organization where I will appear for the interview. I will compare my knowledge and skills with the requirements of the job. From several researches and studies, it has been noted that the importance of attire should be understand by the job candidate. I should dress according to the field of the organization.
